Do I need my own agent to buy preconstruction?
No — and you don't pay one. We represent you, the buyer, throughout a preconstruction purchase, while the developer pays the cooperating brokerage. You get independent advice on the agreement, the deposit structure and the suite, at no cost to you.
What does "register" actually unlock?
Registering puts you on our priority list for a specific release. We then share the full floor-plan set, the current price list, deposit structure, incentives and any project film — typically before the public launch. No obligation, and you can register for one address or all of them at once.
Why don't you show prices on the page?
Preconstruction pricing changes by release and is often confidential until launch. Rather than post a number that will be out of date, we share the current price list directly with registered buyers. Register and we'll send it.
Where are these projects?
Across the Greater Toronto Area — Downtown Toronto, North York, Mississauga and the western lakeshore — plus select Alberta communities. Use the Area and Occupancy filters above to narrow the index.
Are the images real photos?
