The Background

Nineteen years, one block at a time.

Stevie got his start in the King West condo boom back in 2007, when Royal LePage handed a young agent a desk downtown and the towers were just beginning to climb. He learned the city the way you'd hope someone would — on foot, building by building, deal by deal.

Nineteen years on, the work has grown well past those downtown condos — from high-floor one-bedrooms to the residential neighbourhoods where families settle in and stay. The map got bigger; the way we work it didn't change.

NestAbode is a new name, but there are nineteen years and a few market cycles behind it. That's really the point.
