Rising 27 storeys at 28 Park Road, Park Road is a slender, sculptural addition to Yorkville from Capital Developments, designed by acclaimed firm Diamond Schmitt with interiors by Cecconi Simone. A progressive interpretation of the flatiron form, the tower follows the geometries of its surrounding streets to read as a refined, architectural presence on one of the neighbourhood's most coveted addresses.

Home to approximately 302 suites, Park Road pairs forever views with a transit-oriented setting steps from the Bloor-Yonge subway.
