Motto is a boutique mid-rise condominium at Bloor and Dovercourt in the heart of Bloorcourt Village, one of Toronto's most characterful west-end neighbourhoods. Designed by RAW Design with interiors by The Patton Design Studio, the eleven-storey building layers a dark brick podium beneath a lighter, set-back upper massing, with terraces and balconies overlooking the energy of Bloor West. The suite collection ranges from efficient junior one-bedrooms through to three-bedroom homes, each finished with light-toned engineered floors, contemporary kitchens with stone-look countertops and integrated appliances, and generous glazing that draws in daylight and city or skyline views.

Connection is the defining feature of the address. Motto sits between Dufferin and Ossington stations on Line 2, with the UP Express and Bloor GO close by, earning standout walk, transit and bike scores. Just outside the door are the cafes, restaurants, vintage shops, record stores and live venues that give the neighbourhood its texture, alongside Dufferin Grove Park, Christie Pits and the historic Paradise Theatre next door. Indoor amenities are tuned to how residents actually live, with a styled lobby, a fitness studio, and a series of co-working and study spaces, while a landscaped rooftop terrace adds outdoor dining, lounge seating and a BBQ station.
