Boutique mid-rise condominium in Courtice (Clarington), Durham Region.
Mondria 1 is a boutique six-storey condominium of just 89 thoughtfully designed suites, set along King Street East in Courtice, on the eastern edge of the GTA. Drawing its identity from the geometry and primary palette of De Stijl-era art, the building pairs a crisp white-panelled facade and ribbon windows with generous balconies and a clear-glass crown of upper-level terraces. The setting blends country calm with everyday convenience, with landscaped parkland, shopping and dining moments away and provincial green space on the horizon.
Suites range from efficient one-bedrooms through expansive three-bedroom and two-storey layouts, organised into named collections that scale from roughly 500 square feet up to townhome-sized residences just over 1,090 square feet. Interiors come in three finish tiers, from engineered laminate flooring and European-style soft-close kitchens and baths to engineered hardwoods, stone counters and upgraded appliances, with a furnished, designer-decorated signature option at the top.
