What's the starting price and deposit?
Studios start from $440,900. The full released price list and the extended deposit structure are shared with registered buyers — register and we'll send the current set.
Can I buy without my own agent?
You can — and you don't pay one. We represent you, the buyer, at no cost to you, while the developer compensates the cooperating brokerage. You get independent advice on the agreement and the suite.
Are these real photos of the building?
