M City 5 (M5) is the fifth tower in the master-planned M City community at the heart of Mississauga City Centre. Overlooking the new two-acre M Park, M5 is a 36-storey metal-and-glass tower set above a six-storey masonry-clad podium, with a crisp, restrained silhouette of two staggered vertical volumes.
