M City 5 (M5) is the fifth tower in the master-planned M City community at the heart of Mississauga City Centre. Overlooking the new two-acre M Park, M5 is a 36-storey metal-and-glass tower set above a six-storey masonry-clad podium, with a crisp, restrained silhouette of two staggered vertical volumes. Designed for mindful living, it is the more intimate and wellness-focused chapter of the community, with interiors by Cecconi Simone that bring biophilic materials and a connection to nature into every space.

The seventh-floor amenity program is conceived as a spa-like retreat that weaves between indoors and out: a dedicated Wellness Centre with a Hammam steam bath, infrared saunas, meditation and treatment rooms, and a Zen Lounge, plus an outdoor terrace with a hot plunge pool and fire bowl.
