The Project

A homecoming masterpiece on King West

Forma is the tallest Frank Gehry-designed building in the world — a pair of twisting, iridescent towers rising at the nexus of Toronto's Entertainment and Financial districts. The Maestro of Form was born in Toronto, and with Forma he comes home, reimagining the skyline with a sculpted façade that catches the colours of the sun and mirrors the city around it.

Set on King Street West at the doorstep of TIFF Bell Lightbox and the Royal Alexandra Theatre, Forma offers studio through three-bedroom residences with interiors by Studio Paolo Ferrari — from compact 376 sq ft studios to expansive 1,345 sq ft two-bedroom-plus-den homes. Estimated occupancy is early 2028.

When is occupancy?
Estimated occupancy is early 2028. Preconstruction timelines are set by the developer and can shift; we'll keep registered buyers current. E.&O.E.
What are the deposit and pricing?
Forma's suite-by-suite price list and deposit structure are shared with registered buyers — they change by release and are confidential until launch. Register and we'll send the current set.
Can I buy without my own agent?
You can — and you don't need to pay one. We represent you, the buyer, at no cost to you, while the developer compensates the cooperating brokerage. You get independent advice on the agreement and the suite.
Are these real photos of the building?
No. Forma is not yet built. All images are artist's concepts supplied by the developer; architecture, finishes, views and timelines are subject to change. E.&O.E.
