Residences at Bluffer's Park is a master-planned lakeside community rising above the Scarborough Bluffs at 2800 Kingston Road, a joint venture between Skale Developments and Diamante Development. Designed by Turner Fleischer Architects with interiors by Tact Design, the community comprises a 23-storey east tower and a 13-storey midrise west tower — 551 suites in total — set within a vibrant neighbourhood defined by the nearby Bluffs, the lake and the marina, yet only minutes from downtown Toronto.

Residents share roughly 27,000 sq. ft. of resort-style amenities spread across the ground floor and an eighth-floor level, anchored by a green-roofed terrace with sweeping views toward Lake Ontario. The suite mix ranges from one-bedroom layouts to family-sized three-bedroom-plus-den homes, with quick connections to the number 12 bus at the door, Scarborough GO, Kennedy Station and future Eglinton Crosstown, Ontario Line and Scarborough Subway extensions.
