Inspired by the landmark towers of Manhattan, 11YV rises 62 storeys above Yorkville with meticulously sculpted, elegantly proportioned architecture and strong vertical lines. Designed by Sweeny&Co Architects, the building clads soaring stone piers around a sleek glass envelope that reflects the vibrant urban scene, while a stepped form opens onto multiple corner windows and private terraces with breathtaking city views. A 25,000-square-foot retail podium anchors the tower to one of Canada's most exclusive shopping and dining districts.

Inside, interiors by Cecconi Simone set a refined, hospitality-inspired tone across a double-height lobby, fitness studio, men's and women's spa, an indoor/outdoor infinity pool with waterfall and hot tub, a piano lounge, a wine dining room and a WeWork-inspired business centre. The landscaped setting by Janet Rosenberg & Studio frames a contemporary garden in the heart of the neighbourhood. With a Walk Score of 100 and Transit Score of 97, 11YV sits steps from Bloor-Yonge and Bay stations, the PATH and Yorkville's flagship boutiques, galleries and restaurants.
