Toronto, learned building by building.

Stevie Crawford, REALTOR® — in Toronto real estate since 2007

Working Toronto on foot since 2007. Listing homes to command a premium, guiding buyers past the pitfalls a portal won't flag, and handling every negotiation directly. You work with the veteran — start to finish.

The Background

Since 2007, one block at a time.

Stevie got his start in the King West condo boom back in 2007, when Royal LePage handed a young agent a desk downtown and the towers were just beginning to climb. He learned the city the way you'd hope someone would — on foot, building by building, deal by deal.

The work has since grown well past those downtown condos — from high-floor one-bedrooms to the residential neighbourhoods where families settle in and stay. The map got bigger; the way we work it didn't change.

NestAbode is a new name, but everything since 2007 — and a few market cycles — sits behind it. That's really the point.

Stevie Crawford

Stevie Crawford—since 2007, and still on foot.

Stevie got his start in the 2007 King West condo boom and never left the field. In the years since, he's represented everything from high-floor one-bedrooms to family homes across the GTA — and what clients come back for is the same thing: a straight, unvarnished read on whether a place is worth it, and a negotiator who handles their file personally from the first showing to the close.

What he'd rather be known for is simpler: clients come back, and they send their friends. That's the ranking that means the most to him.

Off duty

The light a room was built to catch.

When he's not at a closing table, Stevie is usually out shooting — city photography and travel films, from Toronto to Tokyo. Years of framing a city teach you to notice what most people walk past: the line of a room, the light a space was built to catch. That eye comes back to the work — we don't just list a home, we think hard about how it's shown, and we present it to sell: styled, lit, and shot to command a premium, not just uploaded to a portal.

How we work

Principal-led. Specialist-backed.

01

One point of contact

Stevie is your strategist, negotiator, and advisor from the first showing to the closing table.

02

A vetted specialist bench

For the execution he brings in Toronto's best — presentation-grade photographers and videographers, elite stagers, sharp real-estate lawyers and inspectors. They do their craft; Stevie still runs your file.

03

Brokerage of record

Stevie trades in real estate through Right at Home Realty.

The Standard

Four non-negotiables.

01

Clear interactions

Plain language, every term explained, no jargon hiding behind a signature line. You will always know exactly where your sale or search stands.

02

Direct access

You work directly with the veteran handling your file — at the table, at the inspection, on the other end of every message. Never handed off.

03

The long view

We are not chasing the next transaction. We keep looking after clients long after closing, because most of our work comes from people we have already looked after.

04

Toronto-rooted

We live here. We know where the morning light falls, which schools fill up, and which blocks are quietly turning. Local knowledge you can't fake.
