Stevie Crawford, our team leader, embarked on his real estate journey in 2007 with Royal Lepage in the dynamic downtown King West core - the epicentre of Toronto’s early condo boom.

From the onset, Stevie has been unwavering in delivering real value to his clients, guiding them to make smart and informed real estate decisions.

Under Stevie's guidance, we've had the honor of assisting individuals, families, couples, and young professionals in finding their first homes. When the time was right, we've supported them in transitioning to their subsequent homes by effectively marketing their properties for sale.

At various stages throughout his career, Stevie’s dedication and performance have placed him within the top 1-2% of all Toronto Real Estate Agents in terms of Condo Sales Volume, an achievement that we, as a team, take great pride in.

In 2010, Stevie earned the designation of Licensed Mortgage Broker, understanding that finance is a critical component of the home ownership journey. This professional accreditation allows us, as a team, to holistically address the evolving needs of our clients.

When he steps away from the worlds of real estate and mortgage financing, Stevie indulges in his passion for Street Photography and Travel Filmmaking. His interests span from exploring local themes in our hometown of Toronto, to capturing the vibrant life in cities as distant as Tokyo, Japan!
